Located just off Schooner Way, this is ideal for professionals looking for easy access into town. Atlantic Wharf was one of the first developments in the Cardiff Bay area, and room sizes here are very spacious Many of these apartments come with water views, and there is ample parking on site.

Edward England Wharf is a notable building on the corner, and combines parts of the original building, with newer contemporary parts of the building meaning there is something for every taste in this apartment complex.
Other Lloyd George Avenue Developments
Ideal for professionals looking to share, they have newly installed bathrooms and kitchens, large bedrooms, many of which have fitted wardrobes and en-suites, and good-sized lounges. Several of these have alarm systems – ideal for commuters to Swansea or Newport. They all have allocated parking around the rear, controlled with electronic barriers. Mainly spread over three floors, most of these apartments do not contain lifts.
The Granary
The Granary Apartment development includes 62 apartments on the site of a former granary store. The Granary Apartments are situated on Lloyd George Avenue, which links Cardiff City Centre with Cardiff Bay. Celestia

Adventurer’s Quay
Adventurer’s Quay was one of the largest developments in Cardiff Bay, and was incidentally one of the first. Adventurer’s Quay is in an excellent position, overlooking the Roath Basin and the Port of Cardiff. This development is surrounded by secure electronic gates.
Isis & 3D
Located between Dumballs Road, and Cardiff Bay, Isis & 3D are within walking distance of both, being perfect for professionals working in Cardiff City Centre. All of the buildings with the complex have secure fob access and ample allocated off-road parking with barrier access. Typically the buildings are smaller here than in many other developments, and have a good range of features such as under-floor heating, cycle storage and an economic heating system. Located next to the River Taff, typically there and one and two bedroom apartments available in this complex.

Located in the heart of Mermaid Quay, this development is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Cardiff Bay. With excellent views across Cardiff Bay, and even out into the Bristol Chanel this development is in an excellent setting.

Lacuna
One of the most sought after developments in Cardiff Bay, this development stands out with its design combining glass and steel structures, with spectacular views across Cardiff Bay.
Lacuna contains mainly one and two bedroom apartments, but there are three bedroom penthouses available, but are taken very quickly! There are also eight townhouses with private gardens. Each apartment has a private balcony or terrace, through clever design of the buildings. Mermaid Quay is not far away from Lacuna, as well as giving easy access to Penarth and the link road to the M4.
Prospect Place
One of the most secure developments in Cardiff Bay, with 24 hour concierge and electronic gate entry to allocated parking. Just off Ferry Road, near the Cardiff International Sport’s Village it is close to amenities such as supermarkets and a short walk from Mermaid Quay.
Many of the apartments contain balconies, and all have access to the residents only swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym. Located opposite the Cardiff Yacht Club, there are many apartments within Prospect Place with water views, and more apartments in currently being built, many of which are on the waters edge.
The buildings within Prospect Place are named in alphabetic order; Alderney House, Breakwater House, Caldey Island House etc.
Victoria Wharf
Victoria Wharf Apartments comprise of one, two and three bedroom apartments, located on Watkiss Way, Off Dunleavy Drive extremely close to the Cardiff International Sports Village. Victoria Wharf Apartments are accessed via secure electronic gates, with an on-site concierge, and all apartments have access to landscaped gardens. Having been built very recently, and to an exemplary standard Victoria Wharf is certainly worth a look!
Watermark
A relatively small development, this collection of one and two bedroom apartments overlooks Cardiff Bay. Located next to Prospect Place, close to the Cardiff International Sports Village, this development is well positioned for Penarth and for walking access to Mermaid Quay.
Sovereign Quay
Another small development, of about 60 residential units, Sovereign Quay is located next to the historic graving dock, and takes in views of Cardiff Bay. On the ground floor are commercial units. The building is built in a ‘stepped’ design starting at seven stories, and dropping down to three stories, giving roof top pavilions! Sovereign Quay further benefits from under-croft parking.
Windsor Quay
Located in the heart of Cardiff Bay, with easy access to Cardiff City Centre and the M4, this development proves popular for a wide range of professionals. One of the larger developments with over 400 apartments, there is a wide range of apartments within this complex, many of which come with allocated parking. Windsor Quay is well located for amenities with a couple of supermarkets close by, as well as Mermaid Quay being a short walk away.
Harbour Point
Located in the centre of Mermaid Quay, opposite the Wales Millennium Centre, these apartments gives obvious access to the bars and shops of Mermaid Quay, as well as easy access to Cardiff City Centre. These apartments boast secure under-croft car parking and even has a communal roof garden!
The Straits
The Straits offers a choice of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom houses to rent in a stylish and practical location. Not far from Cardiff Bay, The Straits is just round the corner from IKEA, and the new Sports Village. Cardiff City Centre is only a few miles away and the waterfront nightlife of Mermaid Quay is not far either.

With only about 76 apartments being built in this development, and over 700 enquiries when Barratt’s released their first phase of the development, this is a popular complex, giving access to Cardiff Bay and Cardiff City Centre. This development only contains one bedroom apartments.
Sealock Warehouse
The Sealock Warehouse is located a few minutes away from the CPS Cardiff Bay Office and Mermaid Quay, these unusual one bedroom apartments take full advantage of the features of the 150 year old building, with characteristics including exposed brick, and steel beams. Penarth Marina
