Pontcanna flats and apartments
Pontcanna is a hugely popular area for flats within Cardiff. Located
on the edge of Cardiff City Centre it gives easy access to the
centre for professionals, as well as easy access via the Gabalafa
roundabout to the A48M.
Pontcanna is very popular with flats, partly due to the majestic
beauty of the larger buildings as seen on Cathedral Road, many of
which have been converted into flats.
Many flats in Pontcanna come with either on-street residential
parking or off-road parking to the rear of the properties, but this
does vary from flat to flat so you will need to check with the
negotiator who is showing you around the flats.
Pontcanna is a relatively upmarket area, so you will see less budget
flats in this area, but there are many flats in Pontcanna starting
at a reasonable budget for professionals. Surrounding areas such as
Riverside and Canton often have slightly cheaper flats and houses,
if your budget is a bit lower.
